Proposed amendment

Hon Michael Woodhouse, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Schedule 1: new Part 9 of Schedule 1

In Schedule 1, new Part 9 of Schedule 1, clause 27(3), delete the row relating to Otago Polytechnic (page 59).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper seeks to exclude the Otago Polytechnic from the transitional arrangements in the Bill that convert existing polytechnics into NZIST subsidiaries.
