Dr Parmjeet Parmar, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Schedule 1: new Part 9 of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, new Part 9 of Schedule 1, clause 27(3), delete the row relating to Unitec New Zealand (page 59).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper seeks to exclude Unitec New Zealand from the transitional arrangements in the Bill that convert existing polytechnics into NZIST subsidiaries.
