Proposed amendments

Brett Hudson, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 82A

In clause 82A, replace subclause (1) (page 92, lines 19 to 22) with:

Repeal section 74A(a) and (b).

In clause 82A, after subclause (2) (page 92, after line 26), insert:

In section 74A, insert as subsection (2):

Any regulation made under this section must be notified in the Gazette for a period of 7 days before the regulation comes into force.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends clause 82A of the Arms Legislation Bill.
