Proposed amendment
Jami-Lee Ross, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Schedule 2
In Schedule 2, after item LP16 (page 29), insert:
| LP17 | Airport to Botany Rapid Transit | Auckland Transport and the New Zealand Transport Agency | Delivering a fast, frequent, and reliable rapid transit system between Auckland Airport, Manukau, and Botany, incorporating a busway between the 3 locations and associated station upgrades along the route | Within the Auckland Region, on existing road reserve and adjacent properties on Puhunui Road, Lambie Drive, and Te Irirangi Drive, as well as properties and roads generally in the areas known as Manukau Central Business District and Botany Town Centre, and property under the control of Auckland International Airport Limited |
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper proposes to amend the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Bill to include in the listed projects of Schedule 2 the Airport to Botany Rapid Transit.
