Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Immigration (COVID-19 Response) Amendment Bill, so that the Bill would extend the repeal date of provisions relating to the Immigration (COVID-19 Response) Amendment Act 2020 by 1 year, rather than 2 years.
