Proposed amendment

Erica Stanford, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 5B

In clause 5B, new section 17A(2), replace “at any time” (page 9, line 33) with “with the consent of the applicant”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper would amend the Education and Training Amendment Bill (No 2) to require the Minister to obtain the permission of an applicant seeking permission to apply for a licence to operate an early childhood service before varying the conditions of their approval.
