Accident Compensation (Maternal Birth Injury and Other Matters) Amendment Bill

Proposed amendment

Hon Michael Woodhouse, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 6A

In clause 6A, new section 25A(1)(c), after “House of Representatives” (page 4, line 7), insert “on or before 1 April 2026”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Accident Compensation (Maternal Birth Injury and Other Matters) Amendment Bill to make sure the Minister provides the report on the review of the operation of Schedule 3A on or before 1 April 2026.
