Delete clause 92G (page 98, lines 29 to 36).
Clause 168
In clause 168(3)(b), replace “92F, and 92G”
(page 151, line 10) with “and 92F”

In clause 194(2), replace “92F, and 92G”
(page 168, line 28) with “and 92F”

Clause 213
In clause 213(1)(c)(ii), replace “sections 92D and 92G”
(page 179, line 24) with “section 92D”

Clause 228KA
In clause 228KA, delete paragraph (f) (page 193, line 24).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Fair Pay Agreements Bill. Identifying what are undefined “Māori employers” is likely to prove difficult, and could potentially be gamed by different employers to gain an advantage in bargaining.
