Proposed amendment

Simon Watts, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Schedule 1: clause 11

Delete clause 11 of Schedule 1 (page 132, line 1 to page 133, line 3).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper removes clause 11 of Schedule 1 (which requires territorial authorities to co-operate with water service entities), allowing them to engage voluntarily.
