Proposed amendment

Simon Watts, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Schedule 1: clause 13

Delete clause 13 of Schedule 1 (page 133, lines 11 to 32).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper removes clause 13 of Schedule 1 (which sets out non-compliance measures for territorial authorities), allowing them to engage voluntarily.
