Proposed amendment

Erica Stanford, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 38

In clause 38(1), replace new clause 1(1)(a) of Schedule 23 (page 36, lines 8 to 21) with:

(a)

that every board should reflect the diversity of their students and school community; and

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill (No 3).
