Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 40

In clause 40, delete new section 212ZCA (page 29, lines 23 to 31).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill. New section 212ZCA should be deleted due to its implications for New Zealand’s obligations under International Labour Organization standards and potential associated obligations under the EU and UK free trade agreements.
