Clause 40
In clause 40, new section 212ZE(1)(a), replace “reasonable access”
(page 31, line 18) with “full access”
.
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill. If the Authorisation Board subjects a sponsor to an intervention, the Authorisation Board should have full transparency and access to the school. “Reasonable access” would provide unnecessary limitations for the Authorisation Board to make a proper evidence-based decision.
