After clause 14(3)(ha)(viii) (page 22, after line 30), insert:

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends Fast-track Approvals Bill. It ensures that the community that may be affected by a proposal in a fast-track application is informed of the application. It does this by requiring the applicant to list neighbours and relevant public interest groups in the application.
