Proposed amendments
Hon Rachel Brooking, in Committee, to move the following amendments:
Clause 22B
In clause 22B(1)(a), replace “an infrastructure or development project”
(page 37, line 7) with “a public infrastructure project”
.
In clause 22B(2)(a), delete subparagraph (vi) (page 37, lines 30 and 31).
In clause 22B(2)(a), after subparagraph (x) (page 37, after line 39), insert:
(xi)
will support green infrastructure:
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It removes fossil-fuel projects from the Bill and adds projects that support green infrastructure.
