In Schedule 4, clause 16(3), delete “, giving the greatest weight to subparagraph (i),”
(page 137, line 30).

Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It removes the requirement for a panel to put the purpose of the Act above all other considerations in reaching a decision. The purpose of the Act remains one of the factors for a panel to consider.
