Proposed amendments
Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan, in Committee, to move the following amendments:
Schedule 5, clause 5
In Schedule 5, clause 5(1)(a)(x), replace “:”
(page 151, line 36) with “; and”

In Schedule 5, clause 5(1)(a), after subparagraph (x), insert:
(xi)
in the case of an approval referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of concession or paragraph (a) of the definition of Reserves Act approval, any policy statement or management plan of the Crown (other than a statement referred to in paragraph (a)(v); and
(xii)
in the case of an approval within paragraph (b) of the definition of Reserves Act approval, any reserve management plan of the administering authority (other than a plan referred to in paragraph (a)(vi).
In Schedule 5, clause 5(1), delete paragraph (b) (page 151, line 37 to page 152, line 7).
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It ensures that policy statements or management plans of the Crown, or any reserve management plan of the administering authority, are given equal weight with other factors.
