Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 1

In clause 1, replace “Fast-track Approvals” (page 6, line 3) with “Fast-track with No Public Approval”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the title of the Fast-track Approvals Bill.
