Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 3

In clause 3, after “regional or national benefits” (page 6, line 11), insert “, while continuing to promote the sustainable management of natural and physical resources.”

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the purpose clause of the Fast-track Approvals Bill to add a requirement to promote the sustainable management of natural and physical resources.
