Clause 4A
In clause 4A(1)(a), after subparagraph (ii) (page 14, after line 34), insert:
(iii)
is contrary to a regional or district plan, regulations, or an Order in Council:
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill to make activities contrary to plans set by local authorities, regulations, or Order in Council ineligible for fast-track approval.
