Proposed amendment

Hūhana Lyndon, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 14

Replace clause 14(3)(ha)(ii) (page 22, lines 17 to 19) with:

(ii)

iwi authorities and groups that represent relevant mana whenua and hapū groups:

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill to specify that all iwi authorities and groups that represent hapū parties should be included if they are to be affected, not just those party to the relevant Mana Whakahono ā Rohe agreements.
