Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 14

In clause 14(3)(s), replace “an outline” (page 24, line 12) with “a detailed description”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. A detailed description is far more desirable than an outline; if projects are to have regional or national benefits, the required authorisations should be clearly described.
