Proposed amendment

Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 14

In clause 14(3)(s), delete “the applicant considers” (page 24, line 15).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It should not be up to the applicant to decide what approvals they consider necessary; they should have all necessary approvals for their project.
