Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 15

In clause 15(1A)(b)(ii), delete “appear to” (page 25, line 30).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The responsible agency should consider that a project does not involve an ineligible activity, rather than the weaker “appear to”.
