Proposed amendments

Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 19

In clause 19(1)(h), replace “.” (page 30, line 38) with “; and”.

In clause 19(1), after paragraph (h) (page 30, after line 38), insert:

(i)

relevant environmental non-governmental organisations; and

(j)

any other affected parties.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It would require environmental non-governmental organisations and other affected parties to be consulted
