Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 22B

In clause 22B(2), replace “may” (page 37, line 15) with “must”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill to require the Minister to consider the factors set out in clause 22B(2).
