Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 22B

In clause 22B(2)(a)(v), delete “, including aquaculture” (page 37, line 29).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It would remove the specific reference to aquaculture as a primary industry to be supported from the matters considered by the Minister.
