Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 22B

In clause 22B(2)(a)(vi), delete “and petroleum” (page 37, line 31).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. It would remove the development of petroleum resources from the matters considered by the Minister.
