Proposed amendments

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 24

In clause 24(2)(h), replace “.” (page 41, line 16) with “; and”.

In clause 24(2), after paragraph (h) (page 41, after line 16), insert:

(i)

any relevant local authorities.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Any relevant local authorities should be notified of the Minister’s decision to accept a referral application.
