Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24F

In clause 24F(1), replace “15 working days” (page 47, line 21) with “20 working days”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Giving the EPA more time to decide whether the application is complete and within scope is necessary to ensure the process is robust and all information is considered.
