Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24FB

In clause 24FB(2), replace “10 working days” (page 48, line 21) with “20 working days”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Because Part A listed projects will be automatically referred to the fast-track approvals process, they will all be lodged at the same time, so agencies will need more time to assess applications.
