Clause 24O
In clause 24O(2), replace “5 working days”
(page 53, line 19) with “15 working days”

Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The authorised person who responds to comments provided under clause 24M should have at least 15 working days to respond, to allow for thorough consideration of comments under clause 24M.
