Proposed amendments

Celia Wade-Brown, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 24Q

In clause 24Q(1)(c), replace “.” (page 54, line 4) with “; and”.

In clause 24Q(1), after paragraph (c) (page 54, after line 4), insert:

(d)

the relevant local authority; and

(e)

any member of the public who indicates to the panel that they wish to be heard on the application.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Any member of the public should be able to appear if a hearing is held on an application.
