Proposed amendment

Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24Q

In clause 24Q(4), replace “5 working days’ notice” (page 54, line 11) with “20 working days’ notice”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The notice of hearing should give at least 20 working days’ notice so that groups and persons are notified with ample time.
