Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24Q

In clause 24Q(4)(b), replace “3 working days” (page 54, line 16) with “15 working days”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The persons or groups notified should have longer than 3 working days to advise the EPA that they will be attending the hearing.
