Proposed amendments

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 24UA

In clause 24UA(1)(c), replace “.” (page 60, line 38) with “; and”.

In clause 24UA(1), after paragraph (c) (page 60, after line 38), insert:

(d)

the Minister for the Environment.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The Minister for the Environment should be invited to give comment on the draft conditions on an approval.
