Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24X

In clause 24X(1)(a)(iv), after “on those issues” (page 65, line 19), insert “, including environmental impacts”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Environmental impacts should be included in the main findings of the expert panel.
