Proposed amendment

Scott Willis, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 24X

In clause 24X(4), replace “5 working days” (page 65, line 31) with “10 working days”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. Ministers should have ample time to be consulted and respond to expert panel reports.
