Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Fast-track Approvals Bill. These amendments would give equal weighting to all criteria considered by the expert panel when considering certain applications or making certain decisions. This would mean the panel is not required to consider the purpose of this Bill over provisions relating to other Acts.
