Clause 1
In clause 1, after “(Clean Vehicle Standard”
(page 1, line 3), insert “and Regulations Relating to Cost Recovery”

Clause 2
In clause 2(1), replace “1 July 2024”
(page 1, line 6) with “2 October 2025”
.
Clause 5
In clause 5, new section 167BA(4)(c), replace “Crown”
(page 2, line 27) with “Agency”
.
Clause 6
Delete clause 6 (page 3, lines 10 to 12).
Clause 7
In clause 7, delete subclause (2) (page 3, line 15).
