Proposed amendment
Tangi Utikere, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Clause 4
In clause 4, new section 165ZFHI, replace subsection (4) (page 6, lines 11 to 15) with:
(4)
Despite section 36, a consent authority may recover costs of a review undertaken under this subpart, subject to the following criteria:
(a)
the costs are considered to be fair and reasonable; and
(b)
the maximum costs to be recovered do not exceed 50% of the total costs incurred.
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Extended Duration of Coastal Permits for Marine Farms) Amendment Bill.
