Proposed amendment

Darleen Tana, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 4

In clause 4, new section 165ZFHL(1), replace “Not later than 20 working days after a consent authority has received written notice of the Director-General’s concurrence with the proposed review, the consent” with “The consent” (page 7, lines 12 to 14).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Extended Duration of Coastal Permits for Marine Farms) Amendment Bill.
