Proposed amendment

Darleen Tana, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 4

In clause 4, new section 165ZFHJ, replace “to better promote” (page 6, line 17) with “to ensure”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Extended Duration of Coastal Permits for Marine Farms) Amendment Bill.
