Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill. This amendment is to specify that all areas identified in new section 212B(2)(a) to (h) must be taken into consideration when appointing members to the Authorisation Board. The insertion of “collective” is to avoid the interpretation that each individual member must have the knowledge, skills, and experience in all areas.
