Clause 40
In clause 40, new section 212O(k)(ii), replace “; and”
(page 23, line 34) with “:”

In clause 40, new section 212O(k), after subparagraph (ii) (page 23, after line 34), insert:
(iii)
at-risk student management; and
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill. This amendment would ensure that there are explicit provisions specified in the legislation for any at-risk student and that a charter school must have policies for dealing with any at-risk student.
