Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

In clause 2(5), replace “2 years” (page 7, lines 17 and 18) with “1 year”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill to provide for the commencement of section 342A(4), as inserted by clause 66, earlier than currently planned.
