Proposed amendment

Scott Willis, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 4

In clause 4, new definition of long-lived infrastructure, in paragraph (a), delete “natural or” (page 8, line 21).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill. Gas infrastructure should not be considered long-lived in the context of climate challenges.
