Proposed amendments

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 36

In clause 36(2), new section 104(6A), replace “a record of significant non-compliance” (page 26, line 15) with “any record of significant non-compliance”.

In clause 36(2), new section 104(6A)(b), replace “7 years” (page 26, line 21) with “15 years”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill.
