Proposed amendment

Lan Pham, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 38

In clause 38, new section 107G(1), after “An applicant for a resource consent” (page 27, line 32), insert “and any affected party”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill to allow for affected parties as well as applicants to be able to request draft conditions.
