Steve Abel, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 54A

In clause 54A, delete subclause (2) (page 37, lines 13 to 21).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill. It would delete clause 54A(2), as this would exclude a third of farms from having a certified freshwater farm plan by introducing size limits.
